When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the subject and message you write, and your phone number if you choose to provide it. We also record the time you confirmed you had read this notice and a shortened description of your browser, which helps us identify technical problems.

Please do not send card details, passwords, PINs or identity documents through the website. We will never ask for card details, PINs or banking passwords.

We use the information you send only to respond to your message and, where you have asked about an exchange, to follow up with you about it.

Messages are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and may be forwarded to a company email inbox through our email provider so the team is notified. Access is restricted to people who need it to respond to you.

The public pages of this website do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice first.

Reference rates are fetched by our server from a third-party provider. Your browser does not contact that provider, and no personal information is shared with it.

We keep messages only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our legal obligations.
